Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Surf Pro Shop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Ear Plugs
- Kid’s Swimwear
- Men’s Swimwear
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us at the address provided. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.
