Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (see below for details).
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Ear Plugs (for hygiene reasons)
- Kid’s Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Men’s Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us at the address provided. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.
